1. Eligibility for Returns:

   – You may be eligible for a return if you have received a damaged or defective product.

   – Custom-made products with design errors on our part are also eligible for returns.

2. Returns Process:

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@ayanaprintcenter.lk within 7 days of receiving your order.

   – In your email, provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

   – Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Conditions:

   – The product must be in its original packaging.

   – Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

   – For custom-made products, the design error must be verifiable as our mistake.

4. Return Authorization:

   – If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

   – Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

5. Return Shipping:

   – You are responsible for shipping the product back to Ayana Print Center.

   – We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

6. Refunds and Replacements:

   – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

   – If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement product will be sent, depending on your preference.

7. Non-Eligible Returns:

   – Products that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy may not be eligible for returns.
